Hippeastrum caupolicanense là loài thực vật có hoa thuộc chi Lan huệ Hippeastrum, họ Loa kèn đỏ Amaryllidaceae. Loài này được (Cárdenas) Van Scheepen mô tả khoa học đầu tiên năm 1997.
